Nano Ceramic Supreme — flagship

The highest heat rejection in the range: up to 62% TSER and 98.4% IR, in five shades from 5.6% to 65.1% VLT. The line for flagship installs, including light shades — CS 6595 lets 65.1% of light through and still rejects 97% of infrared.

What nano ceramic film is

Nano ceramic window film carries ceramic nanoparticles in clear polyester film. The particles turn back infrared heat while letting visible light through, so even a light shade keeps a car or room noticeably cooler.

The film has no metal layer. That's the property buyers choose it for: it doesn't block phone, GPS or keyless-entry signals the way metallized films can, which makes it the usual choice for car tint and for signal-sensitive buildings such as hospitals and offices with in-building antennas.

How LUNOX nano ceramic film is built

Seven layers, from the outside in:

Scratch-resistant hard coat — takes the daily wear so the film stays clear.
Clear polyester — adds strength and stability.
Nano ceramic particles — a second heat-rejecting layer.
Clear polyester — the optical-grade carrier film.
Nano ceramic particles — turn back infrared heat.
UV blocker layer — rejects 99% of UV and bonds to the glass.
Release liner — protects the adhesive until fitting.

The film is made in Korea under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system and inspected roll by roll. Each shipment includes an independent lab certificate so you can verify the specs yourself.

Nano ceramic or sputter?

Two questions decide it:

Is the glass signal-sensitive? On a car, in a hospital, or in an office with in-building antennas, choose nano ceramic — it has no metal layer.
How much heat at your shade? At the same shade the two are close: Nano Ceramic Max CM 3590 (35.6% VLT) rejects 63.5% of total solar energy; Sputter Supreme 35 (36.3% VLT) rejects 62.0%.

What's the minimum order for nano ceramic film?

Can we sell LUNOX nano ceramic film under our own brand?

Yes. Your brand goes on the box, the roll core and the spec sheets, and the warranty is issued in your brand's name. LUNOX stays behind the label.

No. Nano ceramic film has no metal layer, so it doesn't block phone, GPS or keyless-entry signals the way metallized films can. That's why it's the usual choice for car tint and for signal-sensitive buildings.

What's the warranty?

10 years on Nano Ceramic Supreme, Max and Plus, issued in your brand's name for private-label programs. Any defective roll is replaced one for one during the warranty period.

Can you match our own spec?

Yes. Send your VLT, total solar energy rejection (TSER) and IR targets, and we propose a film for your approval. Custom specs add 2–3 weeks to the 4–6 week lead time.

How are the specs measured?

The figures are typical measured values from the LUNOX catalogue; TSER is measured with a Linshang LS161H transmission meter. Each shipment comes with an independent lab certificate, so you can verify the rolls you receive.
