Windshield Protection Film (WPF)
A clear shape-memory polymer film for glass, not paint. Applied to windshields to absorb stone-chip impact and protect the glass without changing the view through it.

Why aliphatic TPU matters
The failure that ruins cheap paint protection film is yellowing. Aromatic-TPU films — the discount tier on spot markets — start yellowing within 18–24 months of UV exposure, and the panel underneath ends up looking worse than untreated paint.
PPF Pro (Clear) and PPF Satin are aliphatic TPU, which doesn't yellow under UV. With a UV blocker in the construction, they hold a yellowness index below 2 in QUV accelerated weathering tests.
How LUNOX PPF is built
Each film is a layered construction, and each layer has a job:
- Self-healing top coat: hydrophobic, >100° water contact angle. Sheds water; heals light scratches and swirl marks.
- TPU carrier: 190 μm. This is the impact-absorbing body of the film.
- Acrylic PSA adhesive: strong peel adhesion that builds over 72 hours and removes clean.
- Release liner: protects the adhesive until installation.
Every roll is inspected for defects before it ships, and each shipment includes an independent lab certificate so you can verify the specs yourself.
Where LUNOX PPF wins vs XPEL and 3M
PPF Pro is >300% elongation and >15 MPa tensile strength with heat-activated self-healing. The bigger difference is in how you buy it:

No — LUNOX is a Korean PPF supplier. We supply self-healing paint protection film and windshield protection film wholesale or under your brand, with full specs, certificates and an independent lab certificate with every shipment.
What's the minimum order for PPF?
100 rolls. Distributor pricing starts at 2,000 rolls. Standard roll: 152 cm × 15 m for PPF, 152 cm × 30 m for windshield film.
Can we sell LUNOX PPF under our own brand?
Yes. Your brand goes on the box, the roll core and the spec sheets, and the warranty is issued in your brand's name. LUNOX stays behind the label.
What TPU does the PPF use?
PPF Pro (Clear) and PPF Satin are aliphatic TPU, the grade that doesn't yellow under UV — the failure that ruins cheaper aromatic-TPU films. PPF Black is a gloss black TPU. All three are 190±20 μm with >99% UV rejection.
Is the PPF self-healing?
Yes. PPF Pro heals with heat, PPF Satin with heat or warm water, and PPF Black restores scratches within 10 minutes.
What's the difference between PPF and windshield protection film?
PPF goes on painted panels. Windshield protection film is a clear shape-memory polymer for glass: >90% visible light, <1% haze, >95% UV rejection, with a self-healing top coat.
What's the warranty?
10 years on PPF Pro (Clear), PPF Satin and PPF Black, issued in your brand's name for private-label programs. Windshield film terms on request.
