Window Film MOQ, Lead Time, and OEM Pricing Explained
First-time OEM buyers ask the same three questions: what's the minimum order, how long does it take, and what's the price tier structure. Here's the practical answer from a supplier with 30 years in Korean window film.
Minimum order: 100 rolls
LUNOX's minimum order is 100 rolls, and you can split it across film types and tints. Minimums exist because every production run carries fixed setup costs (changeover, calibration, QC), and the smaller the run, the more of that cost each roll carries. A 100-roll minimum lets a new brand test a market without tying up a container's worth of stock.

Standard timeline from PO confirmation to shipment:
- Standard specs and packaging: 4–6 weeks
- Custom specs or your first branded packaging run: add 2–3 weeks
- Repeat orders: about 30 days

How to plan your first order
- Pick 3–5 SKUs. Not 15. You'll learn from selling 3 SKUs faster than from sitting on 15.
- Start at the minimum. A first order from 100 rolls, split across those SKUs, is enough to test channel demand without overcapitalizing. The same 100-roll minimum applies to PPF wholesale.
- Standard packaging for first PO. Get to market, validate demand, then invest in custom packaging on PO #2.
- Plan inventory turn at 60–90 days. Healthy. If you turn faster, scale up. If slower, you picked the wrong SKUs.
